当地时间3月6日，因库斯科省一条天然气管道破裂，秘鲁压缩天然气供应进入严重危机。秘鲁总理丹尼斯·米拉莱斯正式宣布，自3月9日起在首都利马和卡亚俄地区实施紧急能源管理措施，为期一周。公告称，该地区所有公立和私立小学、中学和大学将全面转向远程学习。公共部门将被迫在家工作，私营公司将被要求安排员工提前休假，以减少能源需求。（总台记者王璐）
